Fedshi cares about delivering orders to customers with the lowest delivery costs and in the fastest way possible. In most cases, we will deliver confirmed orders within 1-2 business days for all areas of Baghdad and 2-4 business days to other governorates.
Delivery costs are paid by customers and are added to the invoice based on the address that the reseller registers for the customer. Delivery costs are shown in the table below:

Order Status Change Stages
Processing
- Upon receiving the order, we will prepare it within one to two business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
- At this stage, we will prepare, wrap, and pack the order in a special box so that the order is ready for delivery to the customer.
- Please review and ensure that the correct customer data (customer name, address, and phone number) and the products they requested are entered.
- If there is any problem with the order information, we will contact you to inform you of it and guide you on how to address it.
- If you need any help completing or following up on the order, please contact us through the “Reseller Service” option in the My Account interface.
- You can cancel the order if the order status is Processing. Visit “My Orders” inside your Fedshi app and cancel the order directly.
Out for Delivery
- If the order status is “Out for Delivery,” the order has been handed over to the delivery representative and is on its way to the customer.
- The order will arrive to the customer during the official delivery times and schedules shown in the table above.
- If you need to cancel the order, you must contact the Customer care department through the “Reseller Service” option in the My Account interface.
- If the order status is “Delivered,” the order has been delivered to the customer.
- The reseller’s profit for the order will be calculated directly after receipt, and will be transferred as soon as possible to the Zain Cash wallet activated on the app Or Qi card account.
- To learn how your profits are transferred by Fedshi, please refer to the company’s payment policy.
- If the order status is “Temporarily Paused,” this means the order needs processing by the preparation team, such as if the order is a replacement order or a gift. The order will be paused temporarily so that it is not sent to the customer as a regular order.
- If the order status is “Multiple,” this means the order contains more than one shipment and each shipment has a different status, for example (one of the products is a replacement for another product and the other products are a new order) or (one of the products is a gift with the rest of the products).
- You can cancel orders at any time if the status is still “Processing” directly through the app, otherwise you must contact Customer care through the “Reseller Service” option in the My Account interface.
- The order will be cancelled if it violates our policies, if the information is incorrect, or when the product quantity runs out of stock.
- If the order status is “Rejected,” the order was rejected by the customer after it was delivered by the delivery representative.
- If the order status is “Returned,” the order has been returned by the customer based on the reseller’s request.
- To submit a return request, please refer to the return policy below.
Fedshi provides a flexible return and exchange policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with the product. However, there are some basic conditions that must be met when returning a product:
The returned product must be in good condition (not broken or damaged) and still in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the reseller must submit the request on behalf of the customer.
Fedshi covers delivery costs if the product does not match the specifications, if there is a missing item in the order, or similar cases. In all other cases, delivery costs are borne by the customer.
The amount will be refunded to the customer or the product will be exchanged for another product according to the customer’s preference.
If the request is submitted after 7 days from the date the customer received the order.
Makeup products, underwear, swimwear, socks, and perfumes cannot be returned if they have been opened from their original packaging.
If the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty period and that period has expired.
Used products or second-hand (bale) products cannot be returned, regardless of their category.
As a reseller, you are responsible for customer service after completing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction with the provided service.
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an order, you must verify that the request meets the return policy mentioned above.

Note:
In the case of a return, the profit earned from the returned order will be suspended or refunded if it has already been paid.
In the case of an exchange, the profit from the returned order will be suspended or refunded, and the profit for the new order will be calculated separately and paid after the new order is delivered.
Fedshi provides a warranty policy for products that mention the existence of warranty in the product description inside the app exclusively, and there are some basic conditions that must be adhered to when using the policy:
- The policy covers malfunctions that appear due to a manufacturing defect only and does not cover malfunctions due to customer misuse.
- A maintenance request must be submitted during the warranty period mentioned in the product description inside the Fedshi app from the date of receipt, and the reseller must submit the request on behalf of the customer.
- The service center is considered a service provider and an independent entity and is not subject to Fedshi management. The service center’s judgment and decision is final regarding the type of malfunction and the proposed procedure, and both the reseller and customer are committed to the service center’s decision and the time required to complete the warranty service.
- Fedshi covers delivery costs in case of a manufacturing defect or in case of a shortage in the order. Otherwise, the customer bears the delivery costs according to the service center’s decision, even in the case of the device not being repaired.
- In case the customer does not agree to the maintenance terms, the customer has the right to contact the service center directly, but the customer’s right to claim warranty services from the reseller or Fedshi will be forfeited after contacting the warranty center directly.
- Fedshi has the right to change the terms of providing warranty service and delivery services related to warranty during the warranty period, and continued use of services provided by Fedshi constitutes the reseller’s approval of these changes.
How to Submit a Maintenance Request According to Warranty:
- As a reseller, you will be responsible for serving your customers after completing the sale process and providing after-sales services.
- If the customer wants to use the warranty service, the reseller explains the warranty policy to the customer and ensures the customer’s agreement to the policy terms and the costs involved.
- If the customer agrees to the policy terms, submit the request to the Reseller Service team through the “Reseller Service” option in the My Account interface.
- A delivery representative is sent to receive the product from the customer within 5 business days and send it to the service center.
- The reseller is notified of the service center’s decision, and the reseller obtains the customer’s approval in case of costs:
- Fedshi bears the delivery costs if the product malfunction was due to a manufacturing defect, and the product is repaired and returned to the customer without any costs.
- The customer bears the repair and delivery costs and product return if the defect was caused by customer misuse.
- When the delivery representative arrives at the customer to receive the product, the customer must pay the product delivery and return costs to the representative in advance. The delivery costs are according to the delivery policy listed inside the app. Click on this link to go to the delivery policy page and learn about delivery costs.
- The delivery representative returns the delivery costs to the customer when returning the product if the product malfunction was due to a manufacturing defect.
- Delivery costs are not returned to the customer when returning the product if the defect was caused by customer misuse.
- For clarification and for example, if the customer’s address is Baghdad, the customer must pay 6,000 IQD to the delivery representative in advance when receiving the defective product. This amount includes 3,000 IQD for delivering the product from the customer to the service center and another 3,000 IQD for returning the product from the center to the customer. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the center, the representative returns this amount when returning the product to the customer.
Payment Policy
Fedshi is committed to paying its resellers their profits as quickly as possible by following a suitable payment policy as follows:
- As soon as the reseller places the order, the reseller’s profit for this order will be added to “Upcoming Profit” within the reseller’s account in the app.
- After delivering the order to the customer, the reseller’s profit for this order will be added to “Earned Profit” within the reseller’s account in the app.
- For orders that have been delivered and the amount received from the customer, the amount will be kept inside the Fedshi app until the reseller submits a request to transfer profits from the app to the reseller’s Zain Cash wallet or Mastercard.
Cancellation, Rejection, Return, and Change:
- If the order is cancelled or rejected before delivery to the customer, the profit for the cancelled or rejected order will be deducted from the “Upcoming Profit” account within the reseller’s account in the app.
- If the order is returned by the customer after receiving the order, the profit for the returned order will be deducted from the “Earned Profit” account.
- If the “Earned Profit” account balance is zero, the reseller’s balance will have a negative value until additional profits are generated and the required balance is paid.
- In case of replacement, the profit for the replaced order will be deducted from the “Earned Profit” account balance, and the profit for the new order will be added to the “Upcoming Profit” account. Once the new order is delivered to the customer, the new order’s profit is added to the “Earned Profit” account.
- Fedshi has the right to adjust the final profit paid to the reseller if the order is modified or if there are errors in entering or determining order details, price, or calculations, whether from Fedshi or any other party.
Receiving Payments
- Resellers are required to create an account with Zain Cash or Mastercard (Ki) to receive their profits from Fedshi or any other payment method approved by Fedshi. The company takes into consideration reasonable costs and efforts for resellers when dealing with electronic payment companies.
- To create an account with Zain Cash, resellers must prepare the required documents (ID/National Card and residence card) and then access the official Zain Cash website (click this link) to get more instructions for creating an initial wallet, or visit the nearest agent (available on the website) to upgrade the initial wallet to a permanent wallet or issue a permanent wallet directly.
- Once the reseller submits a request to transfer profits to their Zain Cash wallet or Mastercard, it is considered received by the reseller. The reseller can use any method provided by Zain Cash or Mastercard (Ki) to withdraw money including cash from agents, ATMs for Mastercard cards, or any other method.
- When the reseller creates an account with Zain Cash or Mastercard (Ki), the reseller enters into a separate agreement with Zain Cash or Mastercard (Ki) in which Fedshi is not a party. Once Fedshi transfers the reseller’s profits to the Zain Cash account or Mastercard, Fedshi bears no responsibility and has no control over the profits after transfer.
Important Notes
- If you earned profits before creating a wallet with Zain Cash or Mastercard, your profits remain present and saved inside the Fedshi wallet until you create a Zain Cash wallet.
- All profits will be withdrawn when submitting a withdrawal request, as there is no option to withdraw part of the profits.
- According to the Central Bank of Iraq’s instructions regarding electronic payment methods (including Zain Cash), you cannot receive more than 2 million Iraqi dinars per day and no more than 10 million Iraqi dinars per month. Therefore:
a. If your profits are less than 2 million Iraqi dinars and you submit a profit withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation request for the withdrawal operation. If you confirm the profit withdrawal operation, your profits will be sent to your Zain Cash wallet within 1-2 days.
b. If your profits are 2 million Iraqi dinars or close to it, you will also receive a confirmation request for the withdrawal operation. If you confirm the profit withdrawal operation, your profits will be sent to your Zain Cash wallet within 1-2 days or Mastercard (Qi) on the same day. However, if you receive another amount on the same day that causes you to exceed the daily allowed limit (2 million dinars) and submit a profit withdrawal request after that, the profit transfer operation will fail and the profits will return to the reseller’s account on the app the next day.
c. If your profits are more than 2 million Iraqi dinars and you submit a profit withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation request for the withdrawal operation. If you confirm the profit withdrawal operation, 2 million dinars of your profits will be sent to your Zain Cash wallet within 1-2 days, and the rest of the profits will arrive the next day.
d. If your profits are more than 4 million Iraqi dinars and you submit a profit withdrawal request, your profits will arrive in stages. On the first day, 2 million dinars of your profits will be sent to your Zain Cash wallet, and on the second day, 2 million dinars of your profits will also be sent. The rest of the profits will arrive the next day.
e. If you reach the monthly withdrawal limit (10 million Iraqi dinars or close to it), the profit withdrawal request will be rejected and returned to your Fedshi account, and you must submit a withdrawal request the following month.
f. If you reach the monthly withdrawal limit (10 million Iraqi dinars or close to it) and your profits on the app are more than 2 million dinars, you may receive 1 million dinars of the profits and the rest of the profits will be rejected, but they remain saved in our system and you must inform us after your wallet becomes ready to withdraw them again.
g. Fedshi currently and temporarily pays the cost of any profit transfer to the Ki Card at a value of 1,000 dinars per transfer. Because of this, the reseller will receive a notification of their profit transfer + 1,000, but only the withdrawn profit value will be reflected in their Ki Card account.
h. The reseller alone is committed to providing us with the correct wallet or account number belonging to them. Fedshi does not bear any responsibility for transactions transferred to incorrect wallet numbers as a result of an input error on the reseller’s part. Amounts transferred to incorrect wallet numbers are not recovered or refunded under any circumstances.
Privacy Policy
Dear Guest, welcome to the Fedshi platform. This section clarifies the way in which information concerning you (your personal data) is collected and how it is handled by the platform management. The platform guarantees you complete privacy for this information and thus determines the possible policy by you regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Your visit to Fedshi or other websites or applications that are linked to the Fedshi platform indicates your agreement to the applications detailed in this policy. One of the most important things for the Fedshi platform is protecting your private data, and therefore your name and other personal information stored by you are used, which the Fedshi platform considers very necessary in terms of our dealings with you.
When the word “Platform” or “Fedshi” or “We” is used on this page, it refers to the website fedshi.com and the Fedshi application and all associated websites and applications. When the word “Agreement” is used, it refers to all privacy terms set forth below.
Personal Information We Collect
The Fedshi platform relies on some of your personal information as part of the registration process on the platform, such as full name, address, email, phone number, and other similar information such as date of birth, occupation, your social media accounts, and any information specific to your personal identity that Fedshi may request from time to time.
After completing the registration process, you should not share your personal information on any part of the platform except the “My Account” section. This protects you from the possibility of being exposed to theft, fraud, or blackmail of your personal information. Also, publishing any of your personal information on any part except “My Account” may be considered a violation of this Agreement, which may result in the withdrawal of your membership.
Any registration or activities or operations you perform are stored by the Fedshi platform, whether it is a purchase, sharing, display, sale, or saving of products displayed on the platform, as well as processing orders or posting a comment.
Please note that we may use an IP (Internet Protocol), which is a unique number given to the service provider for your protocol address in order to identify patterns of activities you perform. We may also collect details about you through the internet or browsing operations on the platform, thereby improving your management on the platform. We may collect information about you in several ways not previously mentioned in detail, such as recording phone calls with the reseller service team or through your answers to surveys. We may collect information for statistical purposes where the names of information owners remain anonymous and no one has the right to view them except the platform management.
Our Use of Your Personal Information
The procedures followed by the Fedshi platform using the information provided by you will be directed towards providing you with information about our products or services available to us that you request, as well as to manage your account. In addition, this information enables us to verify data loading from the platform, identify platform visitors, develop designs for platform pages and their contents, and make them of maximum benefit to users. We may also use them in various research related to demographics, which gives us the right to send all required details about products and useful information to the user. Communication is made via email to provide you with some details about promotional operations and marketing offers that the Fedshi platform considers useful to the valued user. If you wish to cancel this feature, the Fedshi platform allows you to do so at any time through the “My Account” page. We may acknowledge your name and address to a third party sometimes, for example, in order to deliver the order to your customers. You may also be contacted through phone numbers to inform you of any updates that may occur to your orders, offers, promotional matters, or discounts.
Fedshi stores your current order process, but it is not withdrawn directly for security reasons deemed by the platform management. By logging into your account, you can view all details related to you from orders, pending orders, or things you may sell in the future, and you can also manage your account details. You should also make a complete and full commitment that you are obligated to complete confidentiality regarding your personal data, so do not make it available to any unauthorized third party. We cannot bear responsibility for your failure to maintain complete confidentiality regarding passwords for your account, and we will hold you legally accountable for all legal consequences resulting from your misuse and failure to maintain them, which may result in fraud operations.
Modifying Your Personal Information
The “My Account” page allows you to control your personal information on the platform. If this information changes, you must make the change on the platform by updating or correcting it immediately, or by contacting reseller service at (07807343434) or by contacting us via email at [email protected].
Third Party and Links
Fedshi has the right to share your personal identification information, including your email, with other companies within our group and for commercial purposes such as advertising. We may transfer it to other companies in our group or to our agents or contractors, which may achieve complete assistance in transactions related to the privacy policy terms. We may resort to a third party for the purpose of requesting assistance in delivering products to you, receiving payments from you and using them for statistical purposes and marketing research, or to assist the reseller service team. We would like to inform you that if our company or part of it is sold, we may have to transfer our databases that include your personal information. Except as provided in the privacy policy, we will not sell your personal information or disclose it to any third party without informing you in advance unless the platform management deems it necessary for the purposes previously stipulated in privacy management or if required to do so by law. The platform may contain advertisements for a third party or other websites linked to our platform, which requires us to inform you of this and which places you under the privacy policies of those websites in accordance with what we previously mentioned in the privacy policy.
Cookies
The moment you visit our platform, the system server sends cookies to your device. These files are a small set of information that identifies you as a user of the Fedshi platform systems. Note that these files save your time by keeping your connection information and that they do not transmit viruses and can only be read by the server that sent the files to you. It is possible to cancel the file sending process by modifying your browsing or phone settings, which will deprive you of using all the features of our platform if you disable the files, so it should be noted.
Marketing
As mentioned above, the Fedshi platform does not use any of your personal information for purposes related to sale or rental under any circumstances. However, we may combine your personal information with other information from other companies in order to elevate our services to the level we aspire to. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications via email or sharing, all you have to do is simply inform us via email or log into your account and cancel this feature through “My Account”.
Security
The Fedshi platform has technical experts in the process of completing technical security operations, whose duty is to prevent any unauthorized or illegal access to your information, its loss, or its destruction. Therefore, we collect your personal information on a database within a secure electronic server and put firewall systems on our servers. In addition, we put physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards on the process of collecting your information or disclosing it. Therefore, you may sometimes be required to undergo security procedures to prove your identity before we disclose your personal information to you, and you bear the responsibility of protecting your password and your device from any unauthorized access.
Amendments
The Fedshi platform has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time. These amendments will be placed on the platform and will be activated automatically. It will be automatically considered that the new terms and conditions have been agreed upon when using the platform or using any of the information on the platform after any changes to these terms.
Protecting Your Personal Information
The Fedshi platform collects user information following secure protocols and stores the information in encrypted form. Our platform possesses all the technical and administrative expertise whose duty is to maintain complete confidentiality of the information stored on our system.
